COURSE DESCRIPTION

B.Des. (Bachelor of Design) is a 4 year UGC Recognized Degree Program in Interior Design. The duration of this course is 4 years long and its syllabus is divided into 8 semesters. This course is for the inquisitive /curious minded students who would like to work and grow in the profession of Interior design. With a focus on technical skills, the curriculum aims at teaching the students the essentials and the process of Interior Design. This course educates candidates with concepts of designing, planning, organizing and managing a space according to its function. The detailed study about principles and elements of design is involved in this course. It is a career presenting in nature and provides many job opportunities for candidates after its successful completion.

Eligibility

• Passed 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized board
• There is no restriction of the stream at 10+2 level therefore; students can pursue the course irrespective of streams i.e. Science, Commerce, Arts and Humanities.
• Clearance & Merit of EEED (ELLEN ENTRANCE EXAM FOR DESIGN) for Admission
